Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any additional questions, please contact me via social media or email. I answer quickly. Thank you very much!

I prefer to email the images to all of my clients via Google Drive and Google photos. Wetransfer.com is another alternative I use if you don't have a GMAIL. Make sure the email being used is one that is checked frequently. Within 30 to 90 days following the photoshoot, all images will be made available and must be downloaded. I'll check to see if you received them by sending you a follow-up message on social media with the file attached.

I accept a wide range of payment methods from clients. Cash, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. If you don't have any of these payment apps, simply Contact me and I'll send you a referral link which will earn you an extra $5 to $10.

Every time we meet, I'll send you two invoices: one in person as a hard copy and one electronically. Payments made in advance of the convention, outdoor sessions, or the day we photograph together in person are always preferred by me.

I provide prints at affordable rates, I package and ship them personally, and I always include a thank you gift when prints are purchased from me.  More information can be found under the "Buy Prints" tab menu.

When I say Prints, I mean everything I sell, including regular prints, photobooks, calendars, journals, mugs, cotton drawstring backpacks, canvas, small square magnetic prints, and other stuff I offer.

If you see a photo I published on social media and want it printed, please contact me with the name of the cosplayer and the cosplay they are betraying. Prints are available for individuals who have scheduled a session with me; they can be from images I've taken, such as family, cosplay, fantasy, nature, or couples portraits. You can even print your own personal photos, such as images of friends, a loved one, family, pets, or another cosplay you've worn.  However, I will not print other photographers' work; unless you have an official authorization for me to proceed with printing.

If the weather is severe, we may reschedule, and I won't charge a cost, but if it's a cancellation of any other kind, I do have to charge a fee, there is a 20% cancellation fee. I always try to be kind and fair to clients.

Unfortunately, there is no refund policy after payment has been made. What I can offer is to reschedule the shoot for another day.

That is an excellent question! Since you are using my services, I adore giving out coupons or thank-you gifts.  To redeem, Simply show me your coupon in person, or if it's for prints or edits, send a picture of it to me through email.

When you schedule a photoshoot with me, you will find a copy of my contract in the booking forms.

I charge a travel fee because I live so far away now, in Raeford, North Carolina. Most photographers charge travel fees to cover expenses such as travel time, gas, and vehicle wear and tear. I charge flat pricing and have a few options to fair.

Yes, I usually discuss the need for models on social media, usually for characters I don't have in my portfolio. Models will gain exposure, a free shoot, and the silver package, which includes a 45–60-minute session, 8 specialty edits, 6 basic edits, 30 RAWs, 15 second reel footage, and 1 additional person you may include in the shoot, as well I always include a thank you gift simply working with me.

You are welcome to bring someone with you to the shoot; I know I feel more relaxed when I have a friend there, so I understand. Among the projects I'd want to work on are Genshin Impact, Demon Slayer, Disney Princesses, Chainsaw Man, League of Legends, Pokemon, (Korean) K-Fashion, Kawaii Fashion and Renaissance Fantasy type photos.

Yes, I do; the model or client may make minor changes to all RAW images received, such as skin blemish removal or brightness enhancement. Cropping, removing my watermark, adding special effects or filters, and so on are not permitted on modified or RAW images. It is also not permitted to ask another photographer to alter my photographs.

You can contact me via email if you need any more modifications or photo cropping, I will not charge you to resize a photograph. I do provide low-cost editing services with a variety of options.

When I post on social media, I do include the client or model as a collaborator; but, if you choose to post on your own, that is no problem. If you do share on social media, just please tag me in the comments and on the photo.

Yes, I do, but you must be accompanied by a guardian or a group of friends.

Photo identification is required.

Nothing extravagant, I've owned this camera for about +15 years now. Yes, I realize it's time to update. I have a Canon Rebel T2i. Canon is one of my favorite brands. For lenses, I mainly use my Canon EFS 18-55mm. It is my favorite lens for portraits and wide photos. It doesn't matter how much you spend on the camera's body; it's all about the lenses you use. Flash Yongnuo Digital, but I also enjoy natural lighting. Aside from other tiny Canon equipment, I also have a green screen background.

When I was younger, I cosplayed as Kagome from Inuyasha, one of my favorite anime. But I was shy and had low self-esteem, and being a nerd was not as popular back then as it is now. But I'd love to get back into it at some point.
